Dr. Nanor Arthur holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University USA and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hall UK. She is currently the project manager and Institutional Reform Specialized for the Public Sector Reform Project for Results (PSRRP) World Bank and Ghana Government funded program.
Dr. Nanor Arthur has spent twenty (20) years at Ghana Institute and Public Administration (GIMPA) as a lecturer. Her area of expertise includes but is not limited to Organization Development, Change Management, and Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Arthur has twenty (20) years of experience in teaching, training, administration, and consultancy with the public and private sectors, locally and internationally. She has effectively used leadership, vision, strategic programme management skills, and team building to coordinate and facilitate Institutional Reforms undertaken by the Legal and Justice Sector in Collaboration with UNDP to improve the quality of Legal and Justice Delivery in Ghana. She served as Internal Consultant for the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) reform under the Public Sector Institutional Reform Program led by the World Bank.
